At Worth Investments you have the opportunity to invest in real estate properties through fix & flip and/or long-term passive cash flow generation. Worth investments is not just another fix & flip company; we are environmentally conscious and design inspired. Our unique strategies and key ingredients give us an edge on the other competitors while still providing increased ROI of 10% - 20% depending on investment models. Worth investments has a team of experienced real estate professionals, designers, & contractors that will handle the high-stress and hassle of negotiating contracts and managing crews so you can sit back and collect on your investments. Process

1. Identify the property

Identify a property with tremendous upside and get it under contract.

4. Wire to title/Managing Partner LLC

Funds are wired directly to title or I can give equity of Worth Investments and create managing partners.

7. Property sold

Investors will receive LP or Pref Return depending on promote structure either equity % or Pref & equity %. GP will receive remainder of profit after the investor receives their initial investment and return. Profits are secured by Joint Venture Agreement.

2. Create after repair value

In order to generate high returns, we must first establish the ARV (after repair value) and work backwards.

5. Construction costs

Remainder of project construction costs can be private or institutional financing in order to achieve the most profitable return on investment.

8. Investor Returns

Investors can see upwards of 50% in returns in a matter of months.

3. Investor funds

% of project total costs is covered by investors funds in order to realize returns.

6. Renovation

Our professional designers and contractors will integrate sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems, coupled with thoughtful design aesthetics, to transform properties into lucrative investments.
