Scott Waterworth, Founder of Worth Investments has decade of experience in the construction and real estate industry, specializing in residential development and creating investment strategies his clients.

Prior to launching Worth Investments, Scott led large-scale development projects exceeding $50 million in Northern California region focused on multi-family, commercial, and residential builds. Scott has expertise in the overall building and acquisition process, project management , supporting client relationships, and goal setting for successful project completion.

Scott managed a real estate portfolio of over $20M, while completing a recent condo project in Lake Tahoe and Santa Rosa, CA. Scott earned his degree from University of Colorado Boulder in Architecture & Environmental Design, and a Graduate degree in Real Estate & Finance from Cornell University.

Scott is a Master’s Club member, earned Top Achiever’s Award by Lyon Real Estate.
