  • GOAL: We utilize the BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) method. Our strategy involves purchasing distressed properties below market value and refurbishing them with a focus on sustainable design. By implementing our sustainable design principles, we aim to increase the property's value.

  • TIMELINE: Single family buy-to-rent project timelines range longer team, over a length of 5+ year cycle, dependent on highest ROI for our clients.

Worth Investments concentrates on the high-yield fix-and-flip sector for single-family residences (SFRs), alongside long-term strategies involving design value addition, refinancing, and asset appreciation.
